Boyd Godfrey

Boyd's Mission Statement:  "Is to provide real estate advice and guidance to my clients and to provide my marketing and negotiating ability to help them obtain their objectives in buying and selling real estate."  As a result he is in the top 10% of Realtors in his company and in the top 5% of all Realtors in Saskatoon.  Among his honors, he has reached REMAX Platinum Club and Hall of Fame status, is a Registered Relocation Specialist, has achieved his CRES - Certified Real Estate Specialist designation, along with his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and has earned his FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) designation.

 

Boyd's specialties are residential, relocation situations, income properties, bank repossessions and commercial.

 

Boyd's 8 years of service in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police between 1970 and 1978 helped him gain his negotiating skills.

 

Boyd is a supporter of the Children's Miracle Network.  Every year Boyd gives a percentage of his income to CMN and is involved in other fund raisers for the charity.
